VLC Time-Recording Features?

Postby Warriv » 24 Jun 2005 02:40

Does anyone know of any VLC Plugins that allows you to play a series of videos in random order (shuffle) while also recording results of what you choose in a poll-like setup (Yes and No choices) while also recording the amount of time it took for you to come to that result?

I am trying to find something that shuffles an assortment of videos where you choose whether or not someone is successful in his/her profession while recording the amount of time it took for the survey taker to reach that conclusion.

So basically:
  • Randomizes video playback
  • Allows user to choose whether or not the person is successful in his/her profession by watching a certain amount of video to survey taker's choosing
  • Records amount of time it took for survey taker to arrive to that conclusion
Does anyone have any ideas? I was thinking of any Video Player, but are there any plugins for, say VLC or Winamp, that would allow them to also record results of choices made and the time it took to make them?

Sorry if this post is super repetitive but I've been awake for 24 hours and tried to be as clear as possible. Please feel free to ask any questions.

Thanks!
