why my vlc error?

i played BluRay 720p x264
and i played DVDRip , error too

my vlc 1.1.11
scale options tick

my os, windows 7 ultimate 32bit x86
my resolution 1024 x 600 ( notebook )

screen shot error

PLEASE HELP ME !!!

Follow instructions, otherwise it won't work

.. brings up a website which links screenshots of WHERE to do this. Unticking/Disabling video output is not what it describes there

and normal
