Maximum playback speed at startup
When double-clicking a file to start VLC media player, I want the playback speed set to maximum (31.25x). Any ideas?

I went through all the Preferences and couldn't find anything.
Could you be please be more specific.
So that there's no misunderstanding, when I double-click a file and VLC media player opens,
I want it to be at maximum speed (31.25x) as soon as it starts playing (with no user intervention).

PReferences->all->input/codecs. PLayback speed/rate is on the left
