Swapping Amino 110 Middleware ???

Postby flipmad » 25 Jul 2011 18:03

I have numerous Amino 110 STB's running Myrio software. I would like to know how I can flash this and load the Minerva middleware?

Can someone assist or point me in the right direction? I have the IR keyboard and I have configured an IP on the unit, however, I am unable to telnet or ssh to the STB.

Thanks,

Flipmad

Boxes running Myrio software normally have a Myrio specific key installed on them rather than the standard Amino one. Before you can load new software you will need to get a special keychanging bootstrap from Amino which they may charge for. I'd recommend that you email info@aminocom.com to ask for more info.

The procedure for doing the actual upgrade is in the Install and Upgrade Guide which you can download from the Amino Support Site http://stbsupport.aminocom.com (you don't need a support account to get to ths doc but you will to get the Minerva software).

Suggest taking a look at this Amino middleware for mission critical requirements http://www.techex.co.uk/middleware/stb-middleware
