My problem is kinda short, and simple. Basically the video I'm playing has brightness issues, and seems to flicker at the brightest points in the video. I was wondering if there was a specific setting I could use to minimize, or completely fix it. I'm guessing there isn't, since it seems to be a video issue. However I had a sliver of hope, that the amazing VLC player with all it's settings could possibly have something that would help with this.
I haven't messed with too many settings, because I didn't want to mess anything up, but some knowledge in this area would be helpful. Thanks for reading this, if you didn't skip to the end.
