vlc 1.1.10 won't play MTS files

I uploaded the latest VLC, 1.1.10, and it won't play MTS files. It plays other files, but not MTS files on Mac OS X 10.5.8 operating system. The VLC screen comes on, but nothing happens with the file. I downloaded 1.1.9 and had no problem with MTS files.

I doubt it is related to a specific file. It has just stopped working for a number of people (including myself).

My files worked on 1.1.9, and now they don't. (from a Canon HD camcorder)

I think you just proved that you are the "f*cking idi*t":

• Speaking of mts files, while this is the vaguest explanation ever: mpeg2, mpeg-4asp, avc, vc1? mpga, mp3, aac, AC3?
• Won't play: no audio, no video, crash?
• Registering an account to insult people?
• Not understanding that this is not a job.
• Not understanding what is open source.
• Using "FAIL" like an illiterate person.
• Not being able to even understand the first name of people...
