does VLC support RTSP

hi!

I have read that vlc supports rtsp streams. But I've never managed. Did some one play rtsp streams with vlc ?

VLC can both play and stream RTSP.

to stream RTSP, you must use the VLM component : http://videolan.org/doc/streaming-howto/en/ch05.html

there're some rtsp online radios that I've never got to play.
