compilation pb with fedora core 3

hi all,

I'm trying to compile vlc-0.8.1 on my Fedora core 3 2.6.11 machine and I get always this error when typing the make :

/usr/bin/ld: escamotage incompatible /usr/X11R6/lib/libX11.so lors de la recherc he de -lX11

if anyone knows what I should do it would be great.

But how to use rpst between two PC?(one is 192.168.1.195 ,other is 192.168.1.222)
I want send stream form 192.168.1.195 to 192.168.1.222
