Streaming an AES encrypted content

Is it possible to stream a previously encrypted ts (using AES) via http, using vlc player?
I tried streaming the unencrypted ts file which streamed perfectly and was able to receive it at the receiver side.
(All operations on vlc was done using GUI)

You can stream with HTTP/TLS sure.
