'install on quit' option doesn't work

Postby whiterainbow » 25 Apr 2011 23:55

I've chosen this option for every version of VLC I've ever used, and it's never worked. Is it planned to fix this in a future version?

When a new version is available there are three options presented. Install and restart, install on quit and cancel or don't install (I forget the exact wording). The install on quit option on OS X 10.5 has never worked for me on any of my Macs (I have three all on OS X 10.5.8).
