Which streaming format ?
With which streaming protocol (HTTP, MMSH, RTSP, RTP, UDP) I get the best connection with the lowest network usage ?

The bandwidth is not that much dependent on the protocol.

That depends on the content, the use cases, and the network layout.

If you want to save bandwidth use UDP
