Cyrillian names

How can I make my VLC player to show Cyrillian names of the songs right? The words in the menu are all right, but the names of the songs are complete rubbish.

If you mean MP3's, then you should encode the tags using UTF-16, not CP1251 like buggy WinAmp does.
