Getting a Sony Network Media Player to work with a Sony Wega

Hi

I can't get my Sony Network Media Player to work with a Sony Wega KLV-32M1. I hooked up to Video 2 via the composite connectors turned everything on and just get a black screen. I've cycled though all my video inputs and still a blank screen.

Does the SMP-N100 work at all with the Wega? If so, what do I need to do?
