http://arakar.ifastnet.com/andrej/software/

IPTV Recorder 1.6a IPTV Recorder is an add-on for VLC media player (http://www.videolan.org) with the intention to simplify timed recording of media streams. It is especially suitable for recording of IPTV broadcasts.

The URL for IPTV recorder given above is apparently no longer valid. Does anyone have an updated link? The only links are for adding it to Android or Kodi without giving a link to the actual plugin.
