does raw encapsulation method work for VLC

I run one VLC to capture my webcam and broadcast it out as http using raw encapsulation and mpeg1 codec. Another VLC gets frozen within 5 seconds when playing the http feed.

RAW encapsulation is only useful in very limited cases.
Usually you should use SOME form of encapsulation for what you want to do.
