MP4 streaming Failure

i cannot open the streaming link below on VLC, it gives me failure notification. the file codec is H.264, MP4

I think you must download the file, and then open it with vlc.
It's working for me.

true, it works after downloading but why it doesnt work for streaming?

same link .FLV works fine for streaming but MP4 doesnt, what would be the problem?

I don't know, and that's not a stream output issue, so I am moving your post to general troubleshooting

AFAIK to be streamable an MP4 file must have been muxed using the Fast Start option.
In VLC: Tools -> Preferences (Show settings = All) -> Stream Output -> Muxers -> MP4
