I don't understand. Do you want to keep or not keep the aspect ratio?

i don't want to keep the aspect ratio. i want to stretch the video as per the size of my window. i develop one application which plays the video from one folder . if i set the window size to 800x600 and plays the video on that window, Black bars are there on the top and bottom of that window, i want to remove them and stretch the video as per the size of my window. it doesn't matter quality or aspect ratio.

As far as I know, this is not implemented currently.
