at what fps VLC plays stream ?

Hi,

I am running thorugh a problem.

I am testing some hardware h264 codecs.

I am capturing mixed i-frames and p-frames and dumping into a file.
I have also capturead header for h264 file and put at the beginning of a file. Header that contains FPS and I-frame interval and etc.

When I am giving this file as an input to VLC, it somehow ignores any FPS value.
It plays the file like in one shot. So, 2 minutes of video is played in 3-4 seconds.

How can I control it ? Any pointers would help.

Also,
I would like to mention that there are no messages after this one,
After the last line, file is being played, the content is perfect but the only problem is it is played flurry
and as I mentioned 2 minutes of video is played in 3-4 seconds.

Also, encoder frame rate was 20 fps.
