How to convert dshow "Edit options" box into command line

I have been having problems with putting contents from gui "edit options" box into command line.

Without this my capture device will not work, so is there any way to put these options into cl?

Do read the Appendix carefully and observe the syntax.

I did look there before, but as it turns out, command wasnt working with 1.0x, but with 1.1x it works fine..
