VLC with EasyCap

I use VLC with a freeview set top box into an EasyCap USB video capture device.
My OS is XPsp3.
Everytime I want to watch some TV on my PC I load VLC, then have to select the capture device, video resolution and aspect ratio.
Is there some way I can save the above settings so I only have to click one icon?
