I have some m4b files. But cannot view the chapters. Not sure if its due to some issue with windows xp or I just dont know how to look for it.
I opened the playlist expecting the chapter to appear as a tree structure below it. But none.
Kindly do guide me as to how I can view the chapters.

I am not sure what you mean by navigation menu. I open the m4b file with VLC and press ctrl+L. It opens the playlist which shows me the just the name of the m4b file name and the total duration of the whole file.
