Compile instructions for Windows CE

Hi,

I have an HP IPAQ 6315 Windows CE handheld and it has a Texas Instruments OMAP™ 1510 processor. I noticed that there is a nightly build for the XSCALE platform, but not for the TI OMAP platform. I was wondering if someone could compile a OMAP version for me or provide me with instructions on how I can compile one for my handheld. Any help would be much appreciated!
