no response after RTSP Setup

No Response after RTSP setup

I am having problem with the device that I am using for streaming.
It will just display "connecting" but after a minute, it will return an error.
I have checked the PPP log and found out that after receiving a response for RTSP Setup from the streaming server,
RESET request will be sent from the device to the streaming server after a few seconds

RTSP SETUP <rtsp url>/trackID=1 RTSP/1.0
RTSP Reply: RTSP/1.0 200 OK
TCP 42811 > rtsp [ACK] Seq=1129 Ack=1325 Win=45914 Len=0
TCP 42811 > rtsp [RST] Seq=1129 Win=0 Len=0

I have also noticed in the log generated by VLC that there is no log generated after HTTP_MSG_SETUP

FAILED:
vod_rtsp debug: new session: 1291502687, connections: 0
vod_rtsp debug: RtspCallback query: type=8
vod_rtsp debug: HTTPD_MSG_SETUP: transport=RTP/AVP;unicast;client_port=7032-7033
vod_rtsp debug: HTTPD_MSG_SETUP: unicast ip=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx port=xxxx

SUCCESS:
vod_rtsp debug: new session: 1291502687, connections: 0
vod_rtsp debug: RtspCallback query: type=8
vod_rtsp debug: HTTPD_MSG_SETUP: transport=RTP/AVP;unicast;client_port=7032-7033
vod_rtsp debug: HTTPD_MSG_SETUP: unicast ip=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx port=xxxx
vod_rtsp debug: RtspCallback query: type=9
vod_rtsp debug: HTTPD_MSG_PLAY for session: 1291502687

I don't where the problem is, whether in the streaming server or in the device.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

It would say the device doesn't answer.
