First of all, don't double post. Decide in which forum you want to post in and wait for your answer like everything else does. Do not spread your topic to forums it does not belong to. This harasses the people who answer questions on this forum and you won't get the help you'd get with just a single, nicely written posting.

Finally, no delphi bindings exist for VLC, if that's your concern. VLC features bindings to C++, ObjC, AppleScript, Java, JavaScript and php only.
