Couple problems with 1.1.4

Postby slvideo » 10 Sep 2010 16:58

I have a Windows 2000 machine that had been running VLC 1.0.3 for a long time without any problems. Yesterday I upgraded to 1.1.4, and I immediately noticed 2 problems:

- Any video I played in it had vertical green lines all over the video. I saw an FAQ that said you can fix this by going into preferences and changing either the video output or output module, and that worked. But I never saw green lines in 1.0.3, so I wonder why I got them in 1.1.4?

- Frequently when opening a video, I got a "Windows - No Disk" Exception Processing Message dialog box. After clicking Cancel in the dialog box, the video loaded and played fine.

I downgraded back to VLC 1.0.3, and I did not encounter those 2 problems anymore.
