Any update on when and if VLC will stream out to a RTMP server?
or can anyone give me a workaround to stream a playlist to an RTMP server.

rtmp protocol is very well implemented in crtmpserver ( http://rtmpd.com/ ) server, so looking in sources, it is possible to fix vlc prob.
There are samples where there implemented 'live streaming' to server , so from there on - transforming flv to stream on server side it is possible to add code which performs streaming
maybe I will take a look, but have few free time now and any others help is very much appreciated.
