VLC 1.1.3 won't play ISO

I have all my DVD's stored on the hardrive as ISO files. These all played perfectly with VLC until I installed 1.1.3 today. Now 90% will not play. Tried reverting to earlier versions of VLC but they still won't play. What has 1.1.3 done.

Be more specific. VLC 1.1.3 doesn't play ISO files because it misidentifies them (IIRC same with VLC 1.1.2).

No suitable decoder module:
VLC does not support the audio or video format "undf". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this.

That's the message I get with some. But with most of them nothing happens at all. They all worked with 1.0.5 (I think that was the one I was using)
I have removed all VLC files and reinstalled 1.1.3 but the problem remains the same. Why would it be misidentifying some iso files. Sorry to be thick, but is there a way I can look to see which files it likes and which it doesn't.

Just tried nightly build 1.2.0 That won't play ISO either.
