Changing VLan "cone image"

When I record a video and save on windows explorer, it displays the VLAN cone as a thumbnail
Is there anyway I can change it to display a frame from the video clip that the clip contains..like opening frame.?
When you have loads of videos, visually seeing what the content is as a frame is of great help.
