Wavpack extraction

I have a .wv which contains 5 tracks. If I load the .cue, vlc correctly shows and lets me play the individual tracks. However, if I try to extract one of the tracks (stream to file) I simply get the whole file in the codec of my choosing. Is there an option I can use to strip the tracks based on the .cue?
