streaming over iphone 4

i need informations about how to stream over an iphone.
what settings on vlc(http, rtp, mp4, h264, ecc.)?
which application to open the stream?

edit:
ps: another thing, i must use vlc 1.0.5 to open the stream coming from Dvbdream, with the last one 1.1.2 version it do not works, it cant open the stream.
