Hi
Vlc cant stream Farsi(Persian) srt ,idx subtitle to dreambox
It works fine with the vlc 1.0.5
but when I install vlc 1.1.0 or 1.1.1 picture are streamed but no subtitle is shown.
also problems of building font cache and disability to detect subtitle encoding automatically are major problem that cause to make the font of subtitle unreadable.
none of these problems are exist in vlc 1.0.5.
any solution ?

+1 here .. on Mac OS X 10.6.2 / VLC 1.1.1 64 Bits
Reverting to 1.0.5 fixes the problem. This is clearly a regression on 1.1.1
