Problem with setting the volume level from command line

Postby CheeseKing » 15 Jul 2010 02:46

I had a batch file that would make VLC play a certain sound file at a certain volume, and it still plays the sound file on activation, but doesn't set the volume to the desired level. The command for setting the volume is still

--volume <integer>

isn't it? If so, it's not working properly.

That is bug. Hopefully fixed in some upcoming build.

Ah, good to know it wasn't something I was doing wrong! Thank you.
