VLC 1.1 not shutdown when close window

When I close VLC with the cross at the top right of the window, it remains active in the systray and task active until I click the icon in the systray and it just closes.
No problem if I leave the menu.

Same problem here. Very annoying, so I'm going back to v1.0.5.

Me too, same problem. I have to use task manager to end vlc.exe every time I want to close the player.

GPL isn't very good for hotfixes, so it will be on regular VLC update.

Yes. This issue hasn't been fixed.
