Disable filename display at start of playback?

Postby stovelkor » 11 Jul 2010 03:25

Is there a way to disable the displaying of the filename when you start playing a video?

I seem to recall that after an update a while back the name would automatically display for the first few seconds after I started playing a video file, but that I was able to turn off the feature. However, with the most recent update (1.1), it has gone back to displaying the filename again, and I've looked through all the options under Preferences, but I can't seem to find one that will disable the feature.

I apologize if it's glaringly obvious and I've just missed it, but I would appreciate any help anyone can offer; it's not the end of the world, but it's a little annoying (especially when there's text displayed at the start of the video, and I can't read it because of the superimposed filename).

Thanks/Cheers!

Deactivate OSD in preferences.
