Dual Monitor / matrox millennium g450 dualhead

Postby ippo » 15 Jan 2004 16:36

Hi,

I've a g450 dualhead graphic board (win 2000) and two display.
First display is a vga while the second is a pal.

I'm using the g450 in dvdmax mode, so If i play something in the first display, it appears in full screen on the second monitor (pal).

Using windows media player all works fine.
Vlc doesn't work fine (It display on the second display three linees of frame).

Has someone a solution.

I have the same card g450 in the same configuration only ntsc. it seems to work fine for me. only time it will not work is if there is another program using overlay. and vlc displays in surface mode. so I guess perhaps your setting in vlc could have the overlay disabled check your settings in vlc.

Thank you for the answers...
The problem was with an old version of the matrox driver.

With the last release I can see my videos.
