webcam and windows ????

Hello,

I want to use webcam and peer to peer, but it seems to be impossible tu use
vlc with webcam, streaming on windows.

Can you help me please?

I have tried to use http but the latency is very very important.........

If you cut your cache sizes down, use mpeg4 video with UDP/MPEG TS streaming, you chould get about 700 ms total latency.

If you switch to RTP (or is it RTSP?), you reportedly can get about 200 ms.

(I say "reprotedly" only because I haven't personally tried it -- the 700 is my own results)
