How to stream a file from some point of time?

How to stream a file from some point of time? So All I want is to strem some filr like 123.mp4 from 12min 44 sec and if it is possible stop streaming it on 30min 55sec. Is it possible, how to do such thing (from command line)

you can do it using seek command from telnet interface and if you want to stop at some particular time you can use schedule option from telnet interface......
