Multiple Videoconference with 7-10 sources

Hi:

I need to perform a multiple videoconference with 9 other people, is recommended do it with multicast? how is the video settings recommended?

If i Want to install a single conference ( 2 people) i can do it unicast, one send to the other the video, is better with a dv cam via firewire or a video capture card?

How about the idea to use a tricaster?

I find the Sony Anycast , but is too expensive, i need to make the settings only with standard laptops an dv cams
