Amino AmiNET 110 STB (Set Tob Box) Factory Reset

Postby wernerhp » 10 Oct 2007 13:20

I have an AmiNET 110 STB which I want to set up so I can stream video from my PC to the living room TV. I got the STB during a trail from my PayTV company. When connecting to the STB via telnet I am asked for a username and password which I don't know. If there is a default u/n and p/w or alternatively a way to do a hard reset or restore factory settings I will really appreciate any help I can get.

First of all check your IP configurations both STB and PC must be on the same subnet. for example use 192.168.0.1 with mask 255.255.255.0 for PC
and 192.168.0.2 with mask 255.255.255.0 for STB. After that use a cross over RJ45 cable to connect to the STB successfully.
