Still cant play CD's or DVD's...

I am very sorry but I must ask for help again.
Three days ago I have installed VLC for the fifth time in the last months (this time I have installed the latest version 1.1.0-pre4) and with the last version the ''players'' program installed the story repeats all over again...I still get the ERROR MESSAGE THAT THE PLAYER IS INCAPABLE OF OPENING THE MRL...AND THATS IT...THE DISK REMAINS UNPLAYED IN MY COMPUTERS PLAYER...
It is something strange but I dont see anyone complaining about the same subject in this forum...why does everyone but me get the right (and complete) program.What is happening to me and my program download?...Is there some black magic going around my computer?...Am I suffering of some kind of magic spell?...
I have the WINDOWS 7 program installed...perhaps there are some incompatibilities with the VLC program?...

Open Tools -> Messages... (set Verbosity to 2) before you start DVD or CD playback. And paste messages here or to pastebin.
