PCMCIA card that works with VLC?

Hi there,
I need some help of yours. I want to buy an analog TV-Tuner PCMCIA-card for Austria.
This card should work with VLC. Has anyone some experiences? Any suggestons?
The target system:
Sony Vaio Notebook
128MB RAM - RAM is upgradeable
530MHz Pentium
OS: Win XP
