more dvb channels

Hi everybody...

My english is not so good but I try to explain my problem.

I'd like to Stream some DVBT Streams with VLC..
This Streams should be seen on a HTML Page.

With one channel it works, but I want to save more then one and change it by pressing a button.

Is it possible to save the DVBT Stream frequence?
Or is it possible to create a stream in a command line?

Which OS do you use? In the linux I could generate a file with a list for the channels that works in windows too, thats a sample of file below.
