very annoying problem

i have a very annoying problem when i go to skip around in the movie and i select where i want it to start playing my stupid taskbar pops up then i have to click on the movie to get it to disappear then i can move around the bar again to pick a part of the movie i want to see.

For Windows 7 this is known issue.

yes windows 7. is this going to be fixed on any release eventually? im not rushing to get it fixed but just wondering? maybe its in the TODO?
