vout_directx warning????

Hi!
I have a problem getting into fullscreen mode...with all kind of files. I´m not sure if that has anything to do with my monitor settings or integrated video card, or the fact that I have Directx9.0 which is not supported by my video card.
The Message is:
vout_directx warning: could not blit surface (error -2147467263)

Anyone have an idea?
