VLS and webcam

Hello,
Scuse me for my language but I'm french...

I Would like to know if i can use vls to send my webcam video on a network ??
I'm under windows XP.

yes, if your web cam is a direct show device it will work (see the doc : http://Videolan.org/doc/ )

that is possible with the cygwin environement if you want to use all of VLC's functionalities. Using MSVC is quite harder i think (never tested it though)
