Back frame?

Sorry if this question has been answered. I enjoy taking snapshots of my videos. I know there is a button or hotkey for forward frame, but is there anything for going back? As I need to compare the best frame. Thanking everyone in advance.

There isn't. But there are multiple request for it (way to implement it correctly is missing).
