Hello,
I have 2 exactly identical PC's running windows XP, as part of a media library. Each PC has access to a number of videofiles on a server,
using VLC to play them. Now... since today, ONE of the two PC's VLC player won't play audio for MP4 and MOV files. These files were previously set to open with Quicktime.
But since I made the changes (on BOTH PC's) one of the VLC players doesn't play sound... When I right-click the video in VLC, all Audio options are disabled; I can only select the audio track, but not device, channels, etc... Although the same file, plays perfectly fine on the other PC which has exactly the same VLC and PC settings...
Does anyone know howcome...? Isn't this totally weird? And everything worked fine until now...
Thanks for your help...
Jan
