Streaming AVI frames or elementry stream

Hi all,

i would like to give the AVI frames as input to VLC instead of opening media file for Streaming in RTP.
is it possible to give elememtry stream as input to VLC for RTP Streaming.
pls tell me if it is possible and how to achieve it.

Please give me some advice, Any help is highly appreciated.

Is't possible to stream live capturing video (H264)and audio (AAC/mpeg) from gstreamer to VLC using RTP protocol? Gstreamer as server and VLC as client.
