Hi
After I got the message to intall the new version, I downloaded the software.
During installation the older version was removed.
Now when I play a video with vlc, I only get the "vlc(direct3D output)" screen.
My question: where is the play button? forward? and close button????? and everythin??
please help.

Delete %appdata%/vlc folder.
