Noises in the audio ( mp3 )

Hello,
I'm streaming to icecast/shoutcast, I'm encoding in mp3, it works fine but if I up the bitrate higher than 128Kbps I got noises when playing the stream, I've been trying to change some configurations but did not find

Ok it definitely comes from the sout icecast, I streamed in HTTP and it worked fine.
Any Idea ? :'(

ok, in fact it only works fine at 128kbps, I tried to go 96kbps and the noises happen too.

Okay I've tried to directly stream an already encoded mp3, same thing happen :'(

How to solve the icecast shout matter ?
